collection. We can tell you exactly where the images have appeared, if there are similars, and if they are released.
Fees are quoted based on specific use including: size, placement, circulation, distribution (local, national, international), length of display time, uniqueness of the image, and cost of production. Minimum use fee starts at $99.00.

Originals?

All presented images were taken using the finest digital photography equipment with original file output of 12 megapixels or more and a variety of hi-end lenses. Average size of files used for prints is 60 - 120 MB.

Prints?

All prints are produced using state of the art digital printing techniques. Each image is reviewed and color corrected by a skilled technician. The print you receive is rated for 100-year archive-ability, an unheard of rating in the printing industry. The images also are visibly superior to traditional photographs. The colors are better, the sharpness unsurpassed, and the longevity of prints on the newest papers is excellent.

• Open page with an image you have selected and click on the order button located in the top right corner.
• Make sure the image number appears in the field on the upper left corner of the form or enter it manually.
• Fill the form and send it.

Framing?

Your prints should be protected from ultraviolet rays, fingerprints, dust, and extreme temperatures or humidity.
By following these simple guidelines you can be assured your prints will retain its beauty for years to come.
Since display preferences vary greatly depending on decor and personal taste, matting and framing options are left
to the pleasure of the buyer. You could use local frame store or www.americanframe.com to matt and frame your pictures.

Samples?

Printed samples of selected images will be provided (if requested) in five business days from the day of ordering. These sample prints measure approximately four inches on the short side and are printed on the same paper and with the same Ultrachrome® inkset as the full-size versions. Please include your exact postal mailing address in your request.
Proofs are printed with a watermark, and are not suitable for display.

Returns?

If for any reason you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately. Due to the speed at which orders are processed, changes are not always possible. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid errors and the cost of having it reprinted.

We can change or cancel your order unless it is already printed. You will get a proof first to look at by your request and it won't get printed until you give the ok through email or by phone. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will cheerfully work with you to resolve any problem to your satisfaction.
In the event that your print is damaged during shipping or your order is incorrect, you can return the order, within 30 days, in its original shipping materials, along with a copy of your receipt and an explanation of what was found to be defective, and we will gladly exchange the print.

Yes! It is FREE shipping here! We will ship all photographs within the Continental United States via U.S. Priority Mail for no additional charge.

Please note: International orders will have additional shipping cost depending on the destination country. No photograph will be shipped to international customers until we receive confirmation e-mail from the international customer agreeing to the additional shipping rate.
You will receive samples in five business days from the day of ordering to look at and we will need your ok through email or by phone to get it printed. Please allow one more week after samples been approved for final prints.
