Dance of Light and Water

Spectacular waterfalls of Arroyo del Salto River flow from glaciers and snowfields of sheer Fitzroy Massif and cascade over rocks. I have been to this magnificent place several times before but never with such luck. Right amount of water in the stream and perfect light conditions came together, creating photographers dream scene.

After a long day of hiking in the Andes I came here just in time to catch the last beam of sunlight. Sun hit my graduated ND filter and created some flare in a shadow area of the image. I noticed that and managed to cover filters from the sun for my other shoots. After reviewing my images at home I regretted that. Flare added the magic and the feel of presence.
